Battlefield 4 Is this cheater a real eGO member?

This guy: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/Taskforce21/stats/274532637/pc/

uses a eG tag, and is also cheater (see https://www.ggc-stream.net/search/server/guid/game/41/gid/E284FC760613050C057A327D2880999E ) for Violation (MULTIHACK) #79714

So;

1. Is it an eGO (eG rank) member, if not a player that impersonates only?
2. If it's either an eG member or player, will he get banned/removed from clan?
