Battlefield 4 Contacting an Admin

Hey guys, I was wondering how I should go about contacting an admin if i'm having problems in a server.

Probably the fastest way is to hop into the Tramspeak channel at ts3.edge-gamers.com. there are plenty of admins that can assist with whatever you need accomplished.

Teamspeak is easily the best way. Ingame you can use /ad then the text you want to send to admins in the server who might see it. Due to the immense amount of messages ingame, Teamspeak is by far the best option. Even if you do not have a microphone, you can still use text chat and contact admins in there, who would be more than happy to come assist you

Just tried TeamSpeak, again. Need an admin in 24/7 Shanghai. No one on Teamspeak is responding.

Like they said earlier, Teamspeak is the best but sometimes admins are ingame and don't immediately see your message but there is almost always an admin in the Battlefield Bunker room that will be happy to help. Also as previously mentioned you can always type ingame /ad "and your message" and any admin can see the chat but no one else can. Please keep in mind we have to take a look at what is going on and determine what to do from there according to eGO guidelines and that takes a couple of minutes to do in most cases.
