I thank you all for your advices, whether it's constructive or not.

A special thanks for DarkRaven's good advice in post #18, as well as my dear friend fight-to-unite's empathetic statement in post #19.

I have a great understanding of the proposal stating that I should re-enter administrator training and go through all member and administrative requirements since good education improve the quality of the work.
