Battlefield Division Why am I banned? Need explaination from admin!!!

Why am I banned from TS3? I was staying in Room Dead by Daylight with MakaraCambotech when I got banned by ZeroCool. My TS name is PisethCambotech. While I was talking with my friend a guy joined and played loud music. For around 20 seconds both me (PisethCambotech) and My friend (MakaraCambotech) got banned from the server. What was going on?

I dont know what was going on when I got banned from the Teamspeak server with my friend. His name is MakaraCambotech.I have noticed that while I was talking with my friends with open mic a guy just came in and play loud music. For around 20 seconds Zero Cool joined and banned both me and my friend. I believe he mistaken me as the one who play loud music since I use open mic with my friend. I really wish sometimes Admin do take their time to check who abuse the rule before banning people with next to no reason at all. I am an old member that registered for over two years. So come on I need explainations.

The banning admin will get back to your ban contest as quickly as possible, just be patient. Remember, admins do this in their free time

As both people above have stated, you need to go that route, You will most likely get faster results there, instead of getting upset, and possible making things worse for yourself. Just relax, put in the information on the link provided, and someone (the banning admin) will get back to you on the info as soon as possible. =)
