video with new map/medic weapons

it looks like the ubersaw has a syringe built into it and the needle part stabs the enemy. $$$$ too bad you need all 32 to get it.

thats cool and all but...

this is making the game unbalanced, giving the medic a big advantage of getting easy points. everyone will be playing medic with the new update. i think if they are going to update one class they should update all the classes at once to make it more balanced.

[/quote1208665292]Well, I think Medic is their guinea pig in this and they'll update everyone else. They better...

EDIT- Of course they are. http://youtube.com/watch?v=c1u_uuTglhA at 2:36 proves it, but they should have released it all at once.

Yea later in the video they say that updates for the rest of the classes "will come sooner than expected"

knowing valve, that can still be a while... =/

Pshaw...Regular Uber > All unlockables so far :D

two medics on a hvy or pyro, one with normal uber, one with crit= :O

Not sure you can do that...

Also, without massive farming set-up, there's no way anyone's getting the ubersaw soon. And without bots, you still have to play 150+ hours to get that.

(Seriously, you and a heavy with 30 kills, neither dying? 10 millions points healed?). The critzcrieg is debatably worse than regular uber, it's pretty situational, and so we're left with the needle gun.

And really, if a nocrit weapon which heals the medic as he uses it imbalances the game, I begin to wonder how fragile balance is. The ammo change likely had a similar effect.
(Ok, fine, I mostly play medic, therefore am biased :P)

i dont think that the 10 million healing is that hard to get, i have had about 128 thousand before i left the server
