That's right folks, digital homicide is back. For those of you who don't remember who they are allow me to jog your memory. This is the company that went on a temper tantrum over Freelance games journalist Jim Sterling deeming it to be the worst game of 2014, releasing games like Slaughtering grounds and Temper Tantrum (Yes this is a game title) Both which I strongly recommend you do a google image search of and let your jaw drop in pure amazement over the poor quality as well as having some incredibly shady business practices which includes taking images of google and putting them in their game, attempting to change their name on steam to make it look like they're a new dev when all they really do is add another space between digital and homicide..
So what are they up to now? Well I'm glad you asked. Now they're attempting to sue 100 steam users for 18 million $ for "Personal Injury" because they were critical of their games.. Let that sink in for a moment

Now despite having a deep interest in the law, I'm no lawyer and probably never will be, but I am pretty sure this claim is utter rubbish, why? Because being critical of a company and pointing out their lack of ethical practices does not amount to personal injury in any form and Digital Homicide will have problems proving it.
This is the kind of predatory company which hurts the gaming industry as a whole and makes it hard for serious developers to be trusted. I want everyone to know about this to let you know how low some developers are willing to stoop. In short if you see a Digital Homicide LLC or Every Click Counts as they now go by. Do NOT give it your money, run away as fast as you can and don't look at it.
Because of the profane language used in Sterlings videos I have chosen not to link them and ask no one else does it either without leadership aproval as it may violate eGO's language rule. They are however available on youtube
