Just putting this up as requested by TSgt_STANKE.
As far as I am concerned this ban is kinda unwarranted.
Here is a vid leading up to the ban. Its only 2 mins long cause of shadow play. I also have a pic of my BF4 browser with stated ban reason but I couldnt find how to post a pic.

I just rejoined after getting kicked and asked for clarification of when I am allowed to attack a chopper leaving their spawn.
I previously engaged one before getting kicked after it took off. Myself and the pilot (who was some random guy who didn't speak English very well) would always give ample time for enemy choppers to situate themselves before engaging.
Where binary and I had a disagreement on is apparently you can use the spawn point like an elevator to gain as much altitude as needed and fire upon other cap points.
If knowing anything about ROE, that makes him a legal target.
But putting these arguments aside. I still did NOT break his rule (or the servers if that is actually the case) He banned me simple for arguing which is laughably ridiculous.
Ill be more than willing to answer any questions. If this is a legitimate server rule(couldnt find any listed outside the server though i did not look very hard) than i apologize for breaking it maybe twice without knowing.
If arguing with an admin is against rules well than **** me right?

Ok, I found the rules. It does say only if provoked you may fire upon an uncap area. Does that include a chopper flying towards ceiling flight level? Seems a little ridiculous to be able to use spawn as an elevator to gain as much altitude needed before leaving spawn. I understand its a gray area but i have a legitimate reason to argue with Binary over this matter....not get banned over it...
