Yeah, I've been keeping an eye on it for a little while now too after seeing/hearing the Halloween voice lines they've had ingame and are adding with minor patches lately. Already there's been speculation due to an image of Junkrat in a mad scientist costume that Roadhog will be Frankenstein's Monster.

Not 100% sure if it is a leak or not, but the new Overwatch comic has been released/leaked online. It was firstly found in a Spanish, but some kind anon translated it into English. The hero's in this comic are most probably those who are going to have to have the new Halloween player skins :w00t: (I NEED that Junkrat skin and don't care how much its going to cost me)
