If you don't have two step verification, trades in which you lose anything are held for 3 ( or maybe it's 7 now ) days and can be cancelled at any time before then.

Skins or no skins at least you can still play. Best thing you can do is throw a ticket in and hope for the best.

To all the people asking, I have 2 step on. I have no clue how but last night I was betting, made 200 and cashed out. Went to bed and when I woke up 300 was gone. I contacted steam support and got no rely. I DO HAVE 2 STEP ON AND A LONG COMPLEX PASSWORD THAT INCLUDES FRENCH LETTERS

Check your trade history. The most likely thing that happened is you thought you were cashing out, but were actually giving away everything.

I checked it and I didn't give everything away.. but smart thinking that sound like something a betting site would do

No clue, that's why I tried to contact steam support... I also got a new Sim card and changed a bunch of passwords
