Alrighty, I want to hear some of your feedback for Battlefield 1 so I can compile a very nice looking article for Legend and EA/DICE

So far I must say the campaign is beautiful, I am going to binge the other 4 missions tomorrow and see what they feel like.

On ultra settings on a Asus ROG G750JZ laptop (Intel Core i7-4700HQ @ 2.8 GHz, 24 GB DDR3L SDRAM, GTX 880m 4 GB) connected to an Asus VG248QE monitor, I was pulling 70-100 frames at 1080p.

My favorite part would probably have to be the inclusion of the original Battlefield 1942 sound track. When driving Bess, it took me back to the days of playing 1942 for hours on end. EA and DICE have both come a long way in the last 15 years, I'm hoping their next Battlefield title will be set during World War 2

Better than Hardline, pretty much sums it up and brought respect back to the franchise after a horrible flop.

I couldn't hide my disappointment that it was WW1 - not gonna lie.
But I must admit, something about driving around in those vehicles felt just like back in 1942. They got the feel perfect and it definitely takes me back.

I won't make another review to add to the millions of other positive review. The beta was just that good: It turned a petulant pain in the butt like me who was all sour about it not being 1983, 1943, 1969, or 2143 (in that order) into someone who will definitely buy it. I may wait for the first sale, but I'll be playing it before long.

The graphics are beautiful. Plays seems smoother than BF4. Running Intel Core i7-4770 @ 3.4, 24 GB DDR3, EVGA GTX 690 on ultra settings - 80-110 fps.

Surprised they abandoned battlelog to execute BF1. Reading the have battlelog companion. Only issue is crashed 3 times in 8 hours of play with an NVIDIA driver issue. Seen others complain. I figure it will be fixed shortly.

Graphics are beautiful. Game play is good as well just have to learn all the sweet spots on maps and vehicles.

Yep all the graphics are awesome. Particularly liked the sandstorms and fog. Same crappy hit box and they need to tweek the sound. Everything sounded like it was right next to me, you know, no depth. A sniper shooting half the map away sounded like he was in the room above me. So confusing!

Graphics are nice, but the armored train has got to go. They should really make it after the losing team is with in 50 points it goes away.

Game play was smooth, graphics were very nice. So far I like it just fine for a WW1 fps.

Played Beta, hated every bit of it, wasn't about to drop $ on this, not for the price they wanted for it, the graphics are great, about it, every thing else feels like playing COD, which i dislike a lot, little bit to arcadeish for my blood, among other things in the game which i won't get into but anyways, i'll stick with Bf4, but i do wish you all that did get it the best and have fun.

Great game so far ... I think it leans quite heavily on teamwork for a match win. Like Uglost said, the shots hit - I feel the hits could use a minor improvement especially when it comes to anything other than sniper rifles (which after using require not much accuracy within a medium range). The large vehicles such as the train and the airship are achieving their intended usage and balancing the match within the round itself. I personally would like to see a little more effectiveness when it comes to the AT outfits as I feel they do extremely poor damage. In regards to the maps they are killer! I love how they implemented a closer combat where the results of a well stabilized progressing front pay off;which was true to the time period itself and offers an incredible experience to the game play that you don't often see in an FPS.

I'm investing in this game and hoping they'll make some minor tweaks. A little disappointed about the server stuff but something is going to give for the PC peeps.... it has to right? we have a rep to uphold :D

I didn't know what to expect I have never played Battlefield before. Initially, I got the 10hr first trial and it was difficult but towards the end, I got the hang of it and learning the different style of play for the different weapons. In the first few hours playing, I couldn't hit anything. It does have its bugs but like any game will be worked out over time.

Things I really dislike is spawning and getting shot right away. I am not used to that style or the tanks hunting you down while you're on foot. The horses are what really annoys me, seems like they will be 10 feet away and you have no chance to kill them.

Like everyone else I love the graphics and the sounds of the battle. I just started learning about the squad function and makes a huge difference if you understand how to properly use it. Also like any game you need to learn the maps and when and how to use the different weapons. I think you would enjoy it a lot more once you learn those.

Feel free to add me on Origin USAFBAAL

Alright, this game is starting to grow on me. I hate not having the AA Mine, SMAW and other cool gadgets that BF4 had, but the game has its own feel to it. Not bad at all.

The game is very fun , it gives you that felling of being in a war . It's not run and gun like bf3 or bf4 ,this game requires team play and some strategy . While the game does have some issues the fun factor far outweigh's those issues. Other than the ddos attack on launch day i think it launched very well.

After some tweaks this game will fall in to that best game ever category ,if those tweaks are made we all know dice and ea.

The game is beautiful for sure if your system can handle it at high or ultra , even medium looks very good. I did not think i would like this game myself but it has won me over with the fun factor and that feeling of being in a war .

BF4 is really cheap, you should pick it up too BAAL. I don't know if you will ever get used to the tanks BAAL, they anger me every time I play BF4. I have made it my mission to be an anti-tank soldier so all I do is go around trying to blow them up. At least in EGO servers, you cannot kill people in spawn, so hopefully that rule carries over into BF1, but I was reading the other posts saying the spawn is wide open, unlike in BF4 where the uncap is semi-protected, either by hills, or buildings.

Optimization is amazing. Pulling all low settings except high textures, high texture filtering, medium effects, medium lighting, medium terrain quality and I'm pulling 60 frames constantly on a 2GB 960m

My SLI 970m setup is in the mail. Last one broke in shipment :( cannot wait to play this game on ultra. The campaign is also fantastic.... only gripe is it's too short. Absolutely loved the first war story's take on the war, where you play multiple soldiers in the same battle.

Actually the has done pretty well in the story secion because hardline dint have that punch and it wasnt fastpaced like other fps shooters which was the reason it dint do well but the battle field 1 has a good story awesome multiplayer there ar some changes to be made which i think will be mad afterwards but as a whole its a good game
