Counter-Strike Global Offensive TTT Server Why not remake nostaglic maps?

Top 5 most played map:
-Apehouse
-Southpark
-Peach Castle
-Minecraft
-Clue

There's a bunch of others but most players don't care. It's not that they are bad, it's just that most players find these maps enjoyable. They are more balanced, smaller, and favor faster pacing. That's the theme map makers should keep in mind when making new maps. The bigger maps don't seem to flow as well.

So it would be nice if we got some fun, smaller nostalgic maps from older games to encourage players to vote for them instead. Would also save time with making the map. I saw RDK's Resident Evil map. Can't wait for that. What maps from older games would everyone like to see?

My ideas - Facility from Goldeneye, Lockout from Halo, Nuketown from COD. I think these maps would work nice with TTT. Thoughts?

Not a bad idea, exclusive "new" maps would help bring people into the server (until someone else steals the maps ).

Southpark slayers should be taken off the rotation and burned in the fiery pits of hell. screw that map. just a camp fest 99% of the time where admins have to warn traitors.

But for real, if you guys see awesome maps on source or GO you want on, send a pm. or port it yourself if its on source. there are plenty of walkthroughs on youtube. just takes alot of time to do so.
