I love all of you.

It's been a lovely 7.5 months almost to the day, and I feel the need to thank all of you for the fantastic games we've played together and amazing friends I've made. EdgeGamers has introduced me to some great new friends that I won't soon forget, and I feel that my life is better for it. I hope to retain as many of these friendships as possible; and make new ones if at all possible! Feel free to add me on Steam, say hi, introduce yourself, or spam me with various memes. Fair warning; I will reciprocate. The value of communities like EdgeGamers doesn't lie in the servers or the sponsors, but the people - and EdgeGamers is rather blessed in the people category. So, thanks again to all of you - it means more to me than I can possibly put into legible words.

That being said, these past few weeks have given me time to think and consider certain aspects of my life. As generic as that sounds, it's simply true - I feel that I no longer agree with the direction that the community is headed. The games I commonly play here are getting less and less enjoyable to me. I have a job and college work that I want to focus on. I want to get out and form great new experiences.

To get to the point, I'm leaving EdgeGamers. That doesn't mean you won't see me ever again, it just means you'll probably see less of me in TeamSpeak and in-game. I still hop on the forums and I still check Steam chat and Skype and Hangouts; I won't allow the friendships I've made here to get left behind. I respect and love all of you too much for that.

Thanks again to everybody for making this an incredibly enjoyable experience. Sorry this post is a bit of a mess. <3

As much as it sucks seeing someone depart, I hope you do come around still. I enjoy your forum posts, and I've had a few fun times in server with you. The decision is yours, but we will always be here whenever you want to pass by

Thank you for being an awesome friend that I met through eGO. It was fun having someone that moved through the ranks as about the same time as me so we could help each other out.(Though if memory serves me right I think I always was advanced first.) I definitely am going to miss teaching admins and planning RC events with you as well as playing way to many hours of video games.

I wish you the very best as you continue in college and your job. Keep having new experiences as well, and don't let work and school get you so busy you miss awesome opportunities right in front of you.
