Do you think I am overloading?

First off the PSU is a Ultra V-Series 500w

Right now this is what I run off of it

- 2x Blue CCDs
- 4x 120mm Blue LED fans
- 2x 8800GTS 320MB
- Q6600 OC'ed to 3ghz
- 4 sticks of 512mb 5300 DDR2 RAM
- 2x SATA HDs
- 2x 80mm Blue LED fans
- DVD-RW/CD-RW

Am I overloading? Its kinda wierd I turn on my CCDS and it shuts down my computer? Do you think I have a problem?

I would say yes if for no other reason than having two 8800's on your board in addition to everything else you have. I would suggest probably bumping up to a 650 or even 750w PSU to avoid this.
 
yes you are definetly overwhelming your PSU. Like Johnny Said, bump it up to a 650 at the very least, but i would go with a 750.
 
If that doesnt work then it is a driver issue...always look for RAM problems...but that is AFTER you get the new PSU!
 
You need more wattage. I would suggest 750W. 500W cannot run two 8800s, let alone all the extra fans to go with it. Other than that, you are fine. No need to replace anything else.
 
Wow... I'm amazed you can even boot with that much load..

And, I don't mean to 'threadcrap', but give a word to the wise... never trust an Ultra. They don't actually 'manufacture' anything, but just take cheap oem components and bundle them up in a shiny case and market them as 'gaming hardware'. I made that mistake too, and paid for it when my precious pc went up in a ball-of-fire (a bit dramatic, but that's about the effect it had..).

Even with it's specs... it has an efficiency rating of what, 75%? That makes 375watts, even if the ratings are correct.

Just stick to the name brands... Antec, OCZ/PCP&C, Seasonic, Fortron, etc... and stay away from Thermaltake also, btw...
 
Update: I scrounged out an old 150 watt and hooked it up to my second 8800. That should relieve the strain somewhat.
