Something happened

So the other day something not very cool happened.
Saturday evening was just a usual day for me and i got on my computer, opened up Counter Strike Global offensive and there was a horrible message: Global Cool down; This account is permanently untrusted. I was heartbroken by this. I have not cheated nor would i ever cheat. I didn't know what to think. I opened up chrome and checked my gmail. There it was, The account confirmation message. Someone hacked into my gmail and my steam.
I am deeply saddened by the fact that someone has taken the fun of this amazing game away from me.
I am deciding to make another steam account on a different phone number, but i do not know if i can trust people anymore.

1. Immediately transfer all your skins.
2. Is this from Overwatch? If it is from overwatch, what is the reason stated? Global Cooldowns are temp bans until volvo reviews your case. It may elevate to a VAC or you'll be able to play again.

Account untrusted bans are permanent, 100% correct and won't be lifted. They will change into VAC ban over time, and seeing as how his account is flagged as 1 VAC ban on record, 2 day(s) since last ban, I'd say it already has. I also wouldn't be surprised if the untrusted, pre VAC status prevented the trading of skins.

Vac bans only apply to the game they were issued in. In the case with valves source based games it will instead apply to every mp game under the same engine.
