We are gathered here today to celebrate the short life of a dear, sweet child. At two and a half months old we must say goodbye to our precious little one. So young, so full of potential, but sadly potential that was not reached. Our little one burst onto the scene and nothing could stop them blowing through records left and right as they soared. It flew high and we had such hopes, dreams, and plans for it. Then the storms came and it started to slip. We caught it and pushed it back into the heights, but our dear little one could not handle them and fell. We did our best to soften the landing, but there it lay broken. We gathered it in our arms and held it one last time; reminding our little one of the heights. Then the time of decision came and we listened to the diagnosis It was grim, our little one had no chance for survival. With heavy hearts we will hold our precious little one until the doctors come and close its eyes for the last time. They say we will get to be together through Christmas but not long after. We will hold our little one closely until then, but we ask now that you bow your heads for a moment of silence to pay respects to our dear, sweet Badwater.
We invite you to share pictures or stories from the short life of our little one and enjoy the little time we have left before it passes on.
