Can we seriously stop with the drama? It's been a handful of days now, what's happened happened, and it can be over.

I constantly see people trying to muck rake and bring back shit from the past, but why can't anyone grow up and just move on?

Sure, leadership stepped down.

WHO CARES.

Shit happens, now we all have to point fingers and make it seem like the world is over when in reality, life goes on, but everyone has to get their two cents in at this point.

Can we all grow up and just play some games? Is it that hard?

Thanks, thought I needed to make a post because people can't seem to keep their mouth shut or cause more problems than the ones we've already had.

A word of advice. Let bygones be bygones. Yes. Some feel betrayed by leadership stepping down and feelings are hurt, some can let go and some cant. I would just say for everyone instead of a continuation of bickering, finger pointing or just name calling (goes both ways former leadership and members) focus your energy on rebuilding and bettering this division.
It's not about growing up, it's about what you want CS to become. Have fun and go with a mindset of building a new division. What you want to see added, removed etc to make your gaming experience as fun and enjoyable as possible. Put all your frustrations, energy, expertise and time in remaking CS and jail great again instead of what I've been seeing on the forums recently. Once you get a mindset of having fun I without a doubt will see CS be as great as ever.

As the proverb goes "It takes a village to raise a child". Think of CS as your child and show eGO what a great village you guys are.

We should care. We just had a major shakeup on who runs this wonderful division, and we don't know whats gonna happen next. What will happen to what we are used to? who is gonna stick around? will there be a change in rules, in atmosphere, in players, in servers, in events, in how everything will be? I'm not talking about right now, but i'm talking about what will transpire in a year, 2 years, 5 years from now. Where will this division be? This isn't just a single leadership member stepping down, this is a complete overhaul in how this division is run. It shouldn't be something we should ignore and not care about.

With that being said, i agree on every other part. This division isn't a business, eGO is supposed to be a community. about having fun and playing together and enjoying ourselves. Its about having an escape, in having a group of people from around the entire globe to come together to have fun. But right now people are afraid of the unknown, in what the future lies in this division. I've known most of the leadership my entire stay here, and with them no longer running it,I don't know what this division will be like in the future.

But that is no excuse to ever bring up any hatred, negativity, and the drama of any situations or people because of it. We are here to have fun, and if that's too hard for people to do, then they have no business in being a part of the community. No-one is to blame for what occurred, and there should be 0 hostility towards anyone, regardless of who they are.

I agree Slime. eGO will remain a positive place if people continue to make it a good one. While many see the leadership change up as something negative, it's very hard to judge a situation where it currently sites; the CM's are not oblivious to the community, they know who will make a good impact on the division. Changes are not made lightly.

I really hope people can productively find a way to voice their opinion and help the new leadership to shape the CS Division into something great, and move on past what we have seen the past few weeks.
