All is well in the world of EGO. The account was retrieved thanks to the diligence of GardenGroveVW working with Steam support. Now everyone is aware of the character of Christy and his band of misfits and knows to stay away from them.

But it's also pretty convenient to only be so vocal about it now, instead of voicing a concern when you are in a position of leadership. When I was a DL and Advisor I would have brought that up until I got an answer that satisfied my question. Leadership does have a venue to talk about this in private (as finances should be, like Mike has said over and over again). Not speaking up for something this big to be bothering you is irresponsible to any member of leadership (see CS situation). In all his time in leadership, did he make a fuss about it? If not, then I just see it as adding fuel to the fire for drama.

"Pretty convenient to only be so vocal about it now" is utter bullshit when you don't even know the full story. Not only myself, but multiple people have asked that question and we always get a "No its too much work" answer instead of them just promoting someone to take care of it.

Im here for a discussion because I care about this shit, not because I want to add fuel to the fire.

Leadership has changed from when you were a advisor or even DL. I dont even get how an ex-DL shows up and acts like he knows everyone.

I was vocal about everything I had a problem with. Hell here is some I even talked about in leadership private

Why are people demoting people from other divisions or promoting people that shouldnt be admin, Why do we have to be forced by COMMGR to bring up a server when they do not play the game we run.

The people demoting/promoting were not talked to because it was too much work, and Legend told us to go **** ourselves so now we have an empty Deathmatch server that nobody wanted but "Directors".

But go ahead, make assumptions about who I am instead of talking to me like a person. How about you go crawl in the hole you came from since you didnt care about CS until our leadership left anyways. (If you think thats rude, read your post again and think about what you type next time, as im just treating you how you treated me)

I've known NMSniper for a long time now. From his first time as Advisor, to the last time as an Advisor with me as a Community Manager.

I don't think he thinks people are stealing, he just wants more transparency, as a lot of people do. It's understandable in this time of debate. When he explains shit, it's very blunt, so it might come off as hostile or arrogant, but it's not.

NMSniper was chosen as Leadership for a reason, he loved doing what he does/did.

Ric you hit the nail on the head with one word. Transparency. During my time as advisor, granted was a little less than a year, this was the biggest issue between those who were on the BOD and those who were Advisors and DL's.

Too often we had issues with the BOD making decisions for CS on our behalf without consulting us. This is also true for other divisions. In fact, we had a leadership meeting about one point about being more transparent between the division of powers ie BOD and Divisional leadership, that really did nothing if you ask me. They still want to make their own servers for CS, change boxes, etc. Oh and harp Christy for his code cause ya know they don't know what they would do without it.

No the real reason CS leadership all left at the same time other than real life issues was because they were tired of being shit on from the top. They could legitimately run the division themselves without the help of the BOD other than server payments, heaven knows the last time they supported our servers by hopping on for more than a few moments just to leave, especially when a new server started up even if it was their own making. Fact is the BOD is so out of touch with the CS division that they allowed and pissed leadership off enough to make them want to leave.

So you can all sit there and pat yourselves on the back and say you got the steam group back with a thumb up your ass, truth be told, you caused it. You forced enough leadership members and members themselves to leave. And for those of you playing the white knight, coming back after years of being away you make me sick lmfao. Where were you before, hiding because now that leadership is gone you feel more safe to show your face again lol, so welcome back!

I hope everyone understood that it was all a message to the BOD that is how I see it. I hope you understand that you can't treat your valued members like shit for years and get away with it and make decisions for them for something you havent meddled with in a long time.

Closing the thread, If anyone has an issue with how upper leadership handle things then please feel free to put in a drop box or come find one of us personally.... If there is a problem from the past and its been resolved then its in the past and needs to stay there... the goal is to move forward not constantly bicker about the same issues from 2 years ago and beyond. LOL I love the part where we changed boxes and cs don't know about it... that one got me. I wish I could show you the 6 page Community Manager discussion. I guess Christy failed to tell you.

Today is the day that we follow through with ridding ourselves of drama starters. We're doing them a favor by banning them. They aren't happy and we don't need the drama. Why wouldn't they just leave instead of causing so much crap if they aren't happy? I just don't get it.
