we actually have a steam group that is designed to fill servers if you would like to join it you can apply here

Imo, use teamspeak. Find a group of friends and play together.
You don't need to be part of a "team" to fill a server like a chore. Make it fun by playing with your friends and make new friends in teamspeak, get them to join etc.

I'd play more but people RTV too much and RTV off of maps meant as Jail break maps that give the Ts a chance to escape and rebel. Half of the maps we have on there have like 1 vent cell and 1 T gun on the whole map. These maps are boring and dull because as a T there's nothing to do but follow orders, play minigames then get shot and if I wanted that I could go play minigames.

People need to realize the excitement of Jail is rebelling and countering the rebelling otherwise theres nothing Jail about it. If I'm home and its on a good map for rebelling I'll probably play but otherwise whats the point as if its not fun for me then why play?
