Servers randomly lagging up

Recently a bunch of eGO servers - I think all of them, Gravelpit, Dustbowl, Sunsettown, and Warpath just today in particular - randomly had server ping shoot up to ~700 and become unplayable. This also happened the other day with Cave.

Does anyone know why this is happening? It empties out the servers and I have no idea how long it usually lasts.

Just got it from sixx that its the ISP problem as IT IS GETTING FIXED AS WE SPEAK

Yeah, once the lag hit people were talking about never respawning and the like. One lucky person got a two minute uber!

Dustbowl emptied quickly. But then more people filled it up. Then it emptied again. There was a short oasis in the midst of this.

Whatever. I'm sure it'll be fixed sooner or later .
