My absense... explained!

It's been a very long several weeks for me, and the next 18 years don't look any shorter.

My son was born on 4/16, so if I thought I had no time for games before, then it's really gone now.

I'm afraid that this will also have to be my formal resignation as, like I said, my days aren't getting any longer. Between work, and Noah, my time is gone.
 
Congratulations, and don't resign. Mine's 4 and my wife and I have time to play. Expect the first three months to be rather arduous, but seriously, after that you want some of your standby recreation back.

Edit: Hey, he's getting oxygen. Meconium aspiration?
 
10lb 5oz, Noah's a big boy! Congrats! :) Agree with Monkey, the first couple months are hard, after that, you'll have more time for you.
 
Congrats man! Whatever you may decide about your future with the clan, you have an even greater future ahead of you with Noah. Make us all proud and raise him to be a gamer, ok? ;)
 
I suppose... but so much has happened already in the last month that I barely recognize this place...

Congratulations! I agree that you shouldn't leave. Give it some time off though as this is one of the biggest changes in your life. We have 4 (ages 9, 6, 4, and 1) thus the reason why I have limited playing times as well (break time at work and late night when everyone else is asleep.

If you weren't operating on 4 - 6 hours before the baby was born, you will be learning how to soon =) Congrats again, and enjoy every moment with the little guy. Time really does fly by with kids.
