Looking for Admin Trainers


As you can tell I am looking to assemble a new admin training team! I will be holding interviews in about 1 week, that gives everyone enough time to see this notice and to PM me on forums with their answers to the application. Please be creative with your answers but also knowledgeable. This is going to be the first of many steps to start building our team! Please be aware that this is only for O ranked members. Give me one scenario of how you handled an admin situation where the player was not listening to you and breaking every server rule?

How would you help a G understand how to admin a player with a bad attitude?

You hop onto the Jail server, and see that people are not having fun because players are just shooting them the moment they are out of cells and not AFK frozen. Would you handle this? Why or why not?

You hop onto the TTT server, and instantaneously see a number of complaints in the admin chat about RDM's. You notice that there are 2 other admins on that don't really seem to know what they are doing. Meanwhile you are getting pubs who are screaming at you about their RDM's and how others are being mean to them. How would you as an admin handle these issues?
