Shoutbox not working on mobile browser

Not sure if this has been answered or not but I haven't seen anything on it. Thus the reason for posting this.
When I'm in my safari browser in my iPhone the shoutbox just shows a loading screen until I post something into it then it loads the other shouts.

I get the same thing on Chrome Beta on my phone.

The people who make this shout box are aware of the issue and are looking into a fix.
The is nothing we can do to fix it on our end.
