After four rounds, the Counter-Terrorists must win a round before a special day can be ordered by the warden. You can not have a special day following a loss.

what defines a "loss?" id think it would be better if after LR is met it should be allowed. its fairly often we have successful rounds that end in the T being able to kill the CTs off during his LR.

If we go with that rule I'd prefer this definition as it's less ambiguous.
