RESCHEDULED EVENT: All out warfare + recruitment
It's been a while since the last event and it's high time we have our first one for Battlefield one and see if we can also get some pubbers with us for the event.
There are two objectives to this event:
1) Start the server so it rotates.
2) Recruit as many pubbers as you can!
RESCHEDULED EVENT
Due to my lack of knowledge of NCAA Championship being on the night of the event...and at the exact same, in which no-one thought to inform me of...I have rescheduled the event!
12th January @ 8PM Eastern. Again the event will run for 2 hours and of course, I would appreciate it if we can get in an hour early to try and seed and start the server!
RULES
Standard eGO rules apply as always on our servers
There are no restrictions on vehicles and weapons, everything is allowed.
SERVER
We will be playing on our =(eGO)= 24/7 Conquest server. Please remember it takes 20 people to start the server so we will be needed a minimum of 20 people to get it going. Everyone from all divisions are welcome to join us.
If you do not have our server favorited, simply do the following:
MULTIPLAYER > SERVER > TYPE: eGO IN THE "FILTER BY NAME" BOX AND YOU SHOULD THEN SEE THE SERVER.
Be sure to then favorite it!
RECRUITING
When recruiting a pubber, try to give a positive and friendly attitude and show them that eGO is a friendly, punk-free gaming community and that everyone is welcome. Remember when recruiting to state our website and that we have an active TeamSpeak. Try to avoid giving out our TS details in chat as we have had past experiences of pubbers coming in and trolling/spamming. Just inform them that the details can be found on the website forums.
Stating how many people we have in our TS room sometimes entices them to join just to see what we are about.
REWARDS
In this event there are TWO "TWO WEEK DEDICATED SUPPORTER CODES" up for grabs!
These will be given away on the following conditions:
1) The member with the most recruits*.
2) The member with the highest accumulated score at the end of 2 hours**.
*If no new members are recruited to eGO then the DS code will be given away to the 2nd highest member who accumulates their score.
**If we are unable to seed the server and get it started during the time of the event, then the DS codes will not be awarded but withheld to be awarded at the next event.
The main thing here is for us to enjoy the server that we have and have fun!
