Hi I can't find the link or navigate to where I can fill out that hacking submission if someone could please link it

While Simon pretty much answered this, just adding on as to where it is located. You can access the ban request, and likewise the ban contest form:

- on the Home page (https://www.edge-gamers.com) underneath the 'Help' tab

- On the bottom of the forums page (https://www.edge-gamers.com/forums), then click either the Ban Request/Contest forum to find a link to the form.
