Tech Help Willem programmer for bios

Hey Everyone.

I'm trying to fix an original Pokemon Red version for the original gameboy. The rom chip on the game I'm trying to fix has gone bad, and I have an unused rom chip but I need to program it first with a willem programmer for bios. Anyone know where I could find one that I could borrow for a single time use? The rom chip is a AMD AM29F040B-120JC NOR Flash Parallel 5V 4Mbit 512K x 8bit 120ns 32-Pin PLCC 99. If anyone knows where I can find a willem bios programming board for this, that would be awesome.
