New Hardware New tower for my set?

Hey guys, thanks in advance

Im on a
i7 4770k
GTX980
16gb DDR3 RAM
Active coolant system for the CPU (two plastic pipes conected to a noisy laundry like pump going in and out the CPU
W/e MB fits all that

And I need urgently to change my case because its old and its not helping anymore.

Any nice suggestions? Price shouldn't be a problem as long as I do not need to sell a kidney.

Q: Do I have to put the case on the floor or can i put it on my desk which is made of cheap ass wood but its very dependable.

Because my old case accumulates so MUCH DUST and hair of my two dogs!!

I just do put on top of desktop to save alot hassle from the dust i clean every 6 month not much dust
