TF2 won't start!

TF2 wont start anymore No idea why. When I see the Valve guy, press esc it just stops loading. Same thing when I dont press esc. I already re-installed tf2 and I installed new drivers. Still doesnt work... (
I need help!

when did this issue start & have u tried restarting your comp?

It started this morning, it worked fine yesterday. Already restarted my comp and steam and everything else I can restart.
When it stops and I press ctrl alt delete it says tf2 doesnt respond.

Problem solved thanks to noobkiller

I had to add -novid to it in the launching options to skip the starting video
