Ill be playing the beta. Im not sure yet if it will be dedicated servers hosted by ubisoft or if it will be p2p or lan connections. Have to wait and see. Its only 2-4 man teams taking down drug cartels.
 
Open Beta starts this Thursday. I'm really hoping they open up at least the second province for people to play, The first is the tutorial province and its kind of a somewhat bland easy area.

This was my experience in the closed beta

Yeah i already have seen like a few days ago about it when i posted that both areas will be open. You can begin preloading starting today its about 23 gigs to play starting thurs.

The Unidad Conspiracy

Players who participate in the open beta or participated in the closed beta (and will play the game by March 31) will get access to the Unidad Conspiracy reward, which includes three exclusive missions set in the Media Luna region, one of the Unidad strongholds. El Comandante, a Unidad leader, is conspiring to overtake the cartel and get drug trafficking into the hands of Unidad. The Ghosts’ objective will be to expose this conspiracy, to undermine the relationship between Unidad and the Santa Blanca Cartel and take down El Comandante. The Unidad Conspiracy reward will be available for download post-launch.
Redemption of Unidad Conspiracy reward requires a valid Uplay account and purchase and play of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands (AGE: 17+) by March 31, 2017. Final content subject to change; some features may not be available at launch. Reward may be available for purchase and/or as giveaway(s) separately at Ubisoft’s sole discretion at any time. Explore 2 provinces!
In Ghost Recon Open Beta we have added one more province from the Closed Beta. So you will have the opportunity to explore the 2 beautiful provinces of Itacua and Montuyoc.
ITACUA
Itacua is the landing province of the full game. It will let you familiarize with Ghost Recon Wildlands’ rich environment. Finish Itacua and gained a XP boost to unlock new skills before going to Montuyoc.
Itacua is a fertile province with a temperate climate and a moderate relief. The capital, the small town of Khochi, is dedicated to the cultivation of cereals, which is also the case of the town of Buena Vida. This haven of peace was the rallying of Bolivian cocaleros and other people persecuted by the cartel. Ignored by the Santa Blanca, which was busy fighting the Unidad, these fugitives got organized. They obtained more effective weapons than hunting shotguns. They dug for ammunition caches, equipment, and supplies. They also built shelters. They trapped ambush zones along the main roads and they trained tirelessly. When the agreement was signed between the Bolivian government and the cartel, they refused to surrender. It was impossible for them that the struggle kept on in this way. The Mexican had to leave Bolivia, dead or alive. The Rebellion launched raids against the Santa Blanca’s facilities but the captured rebels are handed over to La Yuri and El Polito, who are responsible for torturing the captives to extract information on the leaders of the Rebellion.

MONTUYOC
This province is located in the Altiplano region. Living conditions there are tough. Several roads cross the province and allow for easy movement. The activity of the inhabitants focuses on llama breeding and barley cultures, one of the few grains able to grow at this altitude. Sue?o built a vast arsenal, protected by a large base, which contains the most modern small and heavy weapons, guns, tanks, mortars, and anti-aircraft missiles. This arsenal is available to the best sicarios that come to the deserted moors of Montuyoc for training. Santa Blanca’s goal at Montuyoc is to train a small elite army capable of standing up to the best armies in South America.
Montuyoc is located in the highlands and has impressive vistas where you can watch red lakes from above. But it’s also the training center of the Santa Blanca Cartel, so expect some fierce fights there !

The Open Beta has been open since this AM and going all weekend. Check it out
 
100% love it.. beat the beta missions.. IMO they need more content in the game that "respawns" like incentives to stick revisit areas. Maybe counter-attacks from the UNIDAD or Cartels. PVP zone might be cool as long as it doesn't ruin the game.

Bought the Gold version which comes with the deluxe content (skins + weapon + motorcycle - though not sure how you would get the motor cycle based on the game play) and the season pass. I think the season pass is going to be worth it for this game. The main game is massive, but the additional content opportunities will be huge.

Yeah i plan on at least getting the base game. I loved sneaking around and driving the cartel vehicles

Members have asked for a forums section so we are awaiting word from Tech about such.
 
OK guys we will have a poll of who will be playing this game. Also a channel has been created in TS for members to play together. I'll post a link when we have the poll up
