Yes, that is what it looks like when there are enemy in the Uncaps.
During the game, there are a few methods you can use to help solve this problem. Below are some of these methods. There are many different ways to get an admin's attention.
Taking a screenshot of the mini map does not help admin to determine who is breaking this rule. It only tells us the rule is being broken.
We need names of the players to deal with them directly.
You can do the following:
1. Spawn in your uncaps and engage the targets to get their names. If you kill them or they kill you, read their names and type them into the chat window and describe what they did.
2. If an admin is in game. He should be reading the chat and will deal with it.
3. If no admin in game, coming to these forums is a good start...goto the below forum section (sorry, not good at posting links)
Request Ban
4. Once there, fill out the report and one of our Leaders will take care of the problem. I know this does not solve the problem immediately, but the documentation helps us to control first time and repeat offenders.
5. If you are on TeamSpeak, you can get an admin really quickly to possibly join the game and solve the problem immediately.
You can also join our team and become an =(e)=. This is the first level in becoming an admin that can solve issues such as this in game.
It looks like you registered to join the forum, I would continue on and register with MAUL, then submit an application to join eGO.

You dont have to come to the forums under an alias. If you have a person causing trouble please screenshot who they are and not the map overview so we can kick or temp ban those players. As Kortoga said the proper place to put such is in the ban request forums as we have a certain format to help players post the offenders information and screenshots/videos.

Every time that I enter in server and there is no admin online there is some annoying cases of base rape.
I will download ventrilo or Teamspeak again and try recover my account to try help this next time, Spawncamping its too much bad for any server, people normally avoid servers where this happens.

qqqqqqq is Unknown_clown!! I do not ever track this junk down, DarkRaven probably works for CTU, or CTU works for him.
For a minute I thought I was actually helping someone out. GGGGrrrrrrrr

I do try to log into games at odd hours of the night & early morning to help out.
Very frequently I log in and I get overwhelmed with requests to kick several players who have been breaking the rules for many games before I showed up. It takes a few minutes but I can get things settled down pretty quickly. As an admin I keep a list of those who I have had trouble with in the past. So that when I see them again several weeks or months later, their acts are not forgotten when they think no one remembers the kind of player they are. You can only get away with, "I didn't know"; once with me.
The continued support of our e, eG, and admin keeps our servers fun places for all players.

LOL not sure what CTU is but sounds official. Maybe moreven like eGO CIA idk. We are able to look up who makes requests on the site to ensure the proper people are notified or looked into. Many use aliases to make complaints. I did find though that one guys name was mentioned as entering the uncaps so he was temp banned

CTU, from 24 (the TV show). Counter Terrorist Unit, they have wicked surveillance equipment and methods at their disposal. At least on the show they do. lol
