So whoever did this, if a playable hero, will have an ultimate that is seemingly a single target large knockback. Think reinhardt without him needing to pin the enemy, but instead just make a single contact. (would also probably knock away anyone else in the path). 24 is definitely not Doomfist, but I still see a sort of mini-game or mini-event coming with the next hero~ I'm sure once the short/comic/story is released, Talon and the current Doomfist (see my last post) will be seen doing most of this damage.

They've said multiple times that Doomfist is still a ways out, and will not be the next hero.

As for the lore, however, I dug through some more numbani stuff and noticed that the doomfist posters say quite a bit. There is a huge possibility that there are many gauntlets out there and the name might just be usurped by whoever shows massive strength and wields a large gauntlet. Two posters show the fist on different hands, and the third is almost a full arm, including spaulder type attachments.

As for this, I personally never assumed any of that, and I didn't read anything about it, but that could very well be the case. I just noticed a lot of the damage added to the map and it seemed to be some sort of percussion, either through a physical object or air/soundwaves.

I get a little too into lore and theory crafting, so you'll have to forgive me. I'm still researching the PTR map as I type this too lol. Either way, I expect next hero to either be a super tiny shrimp, or a big beefy looking omnic/man in full armor.
