Tech Help CP won't come out of hibernation/sleep properly

Good morning all,

I recently made some hardware changes (i.e. new graphics card and power supply), and ever since whenever I choose to hibernate or my computer falls asleep, it has to do a full computer restart. I was wondering if anyone might have any pointers. Thank you!

You have not stated you have turned off all power saving modes in the control panel. If I am not at my pc, it is off. I have my pc set to never sleep (cpu, hard drive, or monitor) or power save mode.

Do you get any blue screens or errors when starting it up?
See if you can get the logs from Event viewer. Some versions of windows would not have Event Viewer. Browse the System logs under Windows Logs. If you are not sure if you are getting an error, please let me know and I can read over the logs for you and try to help you figure it out. You will have to send them to me by clicking "Save All Events As" and saving the logs on your machine. No worries I work with Windows based machines at my job so I should be able to help you read the logs. Let me know if you want me to walk you though the steps to get to the logs. We can always talk on Teamspeak!

I think it somehow fixed itself.. doesn't seem to be happening anymore. Thank you!
