I just realized that "The Scourge" Doomfist was left handed and, even though his gauntlet in game is a right hand, I think the new Doomfist will have a gauntlet on each of his hands.

Well Seeing as how the Doomfist gauntlet is modular, I would think that he just edited the gauntlet. I mean it is part of his arm after all, it's not just a glove anymore. Also the Successor has yet to be identified for a reason.
