Counter-Strike: Source Appealing ban on CS:S server

I've been banned from ego CS:S servers permanently, and cannot retrieve a date of when I was banned (it has likely been over a year).

I was wondering if I could please get my account unbanned, as I have no intentions to troll as I used to, and really just want to play some good Counter Strike.
