Hey James,
You have already made a forum account, but you have yet to include your game ID's in MAUL and make an application. Go to MAUL on your top bar, click it and select "Edit My Game ID's". There, you need to select "Counter Strike" as you division and add your source ID's. Finally, navigate your way to https://www.edge-gamers.com/join/ and scroll down to "Application to Join" and fill out your application after clicking it.
