So after days of BLOODY FRUSTRATION, I figured out my glitching, freeze and crash issues.

TURN OFF SHARE in GeForce Experience!
Just figured i'd pass it on if anyone else runs into issues!

We discussed about this in another topic, this side programs of Nvidia always bug the system.
