i got a guartiar skin for the axe on the pyro... how do i put it on?

also i looked in how to do it...its a sticky somewhere that didnt help. that told me how to make one not apply one

when you open the folder what do you see? does it say models? if so just drag and drop it into your TF folder which is located here: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\User Name\Team Fortress 2\TF

Yes, just drag in there. (C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\User Name\Team Fortress 2\tf )

Then, there's this window going to pop-up, just click "Yes To All"

What they said. If you are extracting the exact file for the skin, you may need to go further in depth:

Team Fortress 2\tf\materials\models\weapons

didnt work... it has material, model, sounds, screenshots for the skin

materials/models/weapons/v_fireaxe

Should be in there, i believe some require it to be in w_fireaxe as well

note: must be in vtf format
