Battlefield Division Having a Ping - Internet issue, need some BF knowledge

My internet sucks.
I live out in the country so my options are very limited. Satellite is 100% not an option. Too expensive with data caps, if that was not enough, the 1 second up then down takes this off the list of options. I love to play the dunk out of BFBC2 HM.
And I have 2 young boys (15 and 13), that play even more on their Xbox One. Mostly BF4.

Up until now my only options for internet have been
1. a radio comm company that costs $100/month for 5M down and 1.5M up. This is the best they will offer. The funny thing is, if I could pay for more faster I would. The signal is a radio communication to a tower about 5 miles away. I have no idea what the signal does after that. I kinda think it goes by truck to their main hub. But what do I know?
Seriously though, this works for most of our internet.
Except for the gaming. I have not had a serious game of BFBC2 in 3 months. I sign into the BF console with 47 ping (when I select the server), then when the game starts up I am at 240 ping and higher. Very unplayable. I try but I rubber band all over the place.

2. I use my phone to tether a Wi-Fi signal to my computer. This works some times, but like above. I login to the console at a great 47 ping, but in game I get destroyed with a 240 or higher.

3. Get off the grid. Well, that is not going to happen. Funny thing is my wife uses the internet too, so she has been saying we need to move in funny little humorous tones. But I get the picture.

Today I walked into my local Verizon store to upgrade my phone. And I saw the ?new? MiFi router, which offers 4G LTE with unlimited data. Although the data would slow down to 3G after the first 20GB per month.
I currently have a really good Linksys WRT1900Ac Dual Band wireless router, but am seriously thinking about getting the MiFi and a dual WAN router. Where I would keep the radio internet, add the MiFi, plug both into the dual WAN, and then plug that into the WRT1900Ac.
The dual WAN could be used to port both internet signals into the house and I could set it up as Load Balancing.
Which I am assuming will increase overall speed for everyone gaming. By giving more bandwidth, and possibly better speed using the MiFi 4G LTE. Kinda doing what the name implies, load balance all the internet users.
The dual Wan router I am looking at is the Linksys Business Dual WAN Gigabit VPN Router (LRT224), $161.

My question is for anyone who has experience in this type of stuff.
I want to increase my families ability to play FPS type multi-player games online. So I need faster internet. Will the MiFi help? And would Load balancing over the dual WAN router help?
Any suggestions or insight is helpful...thank you.

Well I have satellite which runs about 140 a month for 30 gig plan. Now playing bc2 or bf4 doesn't use much data as it is upload speeds. The most that burns satellite is downloads which eat it up fast. I do have free time from midnight to 5 am which I try to do my downloads. But watching YouTube or downloading pictures or pdfs takes up download time. Most days I use 1 gig a day. Now playing it always looks like I have a 600-700 ping in game however the actual playing ping feels like 150-250. I also have an unlimited air card but the connection is 200 ping but often choppy which would be similar to phone connection tethering depending on the area

By the way, I was a partner in a company a few years back that I named Raven Controls. I love the Raven. I need to dig up the Logo. You may like it.
Other than that, the majority owner turned out to be a real acehole. Myself and 1 other partner could not get away from that thing fast enough. It sank fast once we left.

I am not sure if I want to go Satellite or not. Tethering seems to work off and on, it is choppy, but very playable, and BFBC2 uses hardly any data at all. 1 good 6 hour night drains about 150mb of data.
The only bad thing is getting killed easily by players with great ping. The ole coming over the hill one on one is a sure death move for me. The other player sees me and starts shooting way before I see them.

My sons will hate me if I go Satellite. So that is another ding for Satellite.
I do like Verizons new unlimited plan with the Home Internet Router, but they give you 10GB of LTE, then meter you to 3G till 22GB, then put you into a sorta first come first served priority queue.
I am thinking of keeping my radio internet and adding the Verizon internet, but bringing both signals into a Dual WAN Router and load balancing them.
I have never used a Dual WAN router, so this is new to me. From what I have read I can bring 2 different connections in and it would load balance them.
So I would then send a few connections to dedicated spots like my computer, 2 different Xboxs, and then another router to distribute the internet to other devices. The dedicated connections at the Dual WAN router would obviously have a higher level priority than the "other devices" at the second router. I guess it would work this way.
