Need help for a website!!

I am wondering if anyone can create a shiny 'Best of:' bar for my site's homepage http://iphonegaming.com. Below the 'Latest Games:' you'll see in big ugly text the 'Best Of' piece.

Can anyone help me create something cool to put there?
