Being an older gentleman, I have to get up and walk around at least once an hour

I try to take breaks when gaming, only because I need to work on my university dissertation.... but even then i've been procrastinating playing TTT and minecraft...

Yes. I generally take breaks if Buddy (my dog) needs something or I'm tired of playing and want to do something else for a bit.

Depends on mood or if im occupied. Sometimes I procrastinate using the restroom because I'm busy on the computer lol.

Noticed a few people have the same issue I do. When I was in high school I could sit here in front of a computer for hours and hours. Now. I have to get up at least once every hour or so. Stretch the legs, get something to drink or run to the bathroom. If not just stand up and move around for about 2 min or so lol.

I think it depends on the game for me. For example in CS:GO, after maybe an hour or two of jail, just go AFK for a bit and come back eventually. Maybe two or three comp games and then go afk. Or in TERA, run a dungeon, realize my party is hopeless after they wipe on the first boss, go take a nap, wait for my static, and then try again with competent souls!

Yes, usually when a match is about to end in operation lockers in BF4 I'll just go do pushups etc, nice short break then I'm ready to start again(or sometimes late to spawn in the next game). After a few hours of playing I'll need to take a real break though.

I get up for drinks often. I also live with roommates so when I hear noises I often wander off to see what's up and usually get caught up talking for a while

I'm still a young lad, but I get up to stretch every couple hours. I'm usually very active, so just sitting for a long time playing bothers me a bit.
