It could be one of the following that can happen.
1. A faulty SEC code has triggered.
2. A faulty PEI code (due to memory initialization issues)
3. SOME DXE, Driver Execution Enviroment, "in other words a driver" code is flagged.
4. Some BDS ( system setup, pre os user inferface and selecting bootable device) config may be ****ing up.
5. Some hardware is faulty, ESPECIALLY CPU , MEMORY or GPU.
What MOBO do you have, I could see what is wrong wit it.
For now, I recommend doing this:
NOTE: If your system does not post correctly due to an incorrect overclock or some faulty code, take a piece of metal, not aluminum, and turn off your computer, then turn off your power supply and wait for 10 seconds, then bridge the bios reset header, the location of the header is always different, tipically its near the battery on your mobo... once again, RTFM. Turn on the computer and wait 30 seconds with the bridge on that two pin header. then it will reset. if something goes wrong, see the error code on your mobo... its in your manual. it will reset to the default bios, see step 3 above for this step repeated.
