I got 1 million health and it took me ages lol but oh well if it starts after the update because some dude told me how to get 1 million health on single player (and it saves it too)

99% sure that since the game is already tracking your total health points healed, you'll get the "heal 10k in a round" and "accumulate 1mil healing" immediately. The things the game is NOT currently tracking, like "get two assists from an ubered punching heavy," you will not get.
