Just wanted everyone to know that newegg is awesome if you have never tried them -fast shipping and great service - my son bought a new HP laptop - loved it, but it started having a screen problem -he called them -they accepted the return no problem, sent a replacement out and it arrived in 2 days free of charge and gave him 100 dollar gift card for his trouble!!

Glad you found out how awesome they are. i have been a customer of theirs for over a decade. I get 95% of my tech related gear from there. There are others that are just as good. B&H and Amazon are a few other online retailers i use from time to time.

Roger that. Newegg is awesome. They are my primary purchase vendor. Their retun policy has been awesome.

I purchased pc memory sticks while back. I had compatibilty issues. Newegg provide RMA number, and credited my account, no questions asked.

My last purchase was lucid headphones. The over the ear speakers hurt my ears. The not included cable that had to be ordered to use the headphones with a pc, that arrive broken. The headphones had "no return policy", but newegg responded to me on the customer feedback negative post to refund my purchase. Awesome.
