Often when I hop on the ego website my mousewheel does not scroll up or down. It works perfectly fine on other websites but with eGO I have to manually use the white bar on the right to scroll.
I have had someone else mention the same issue to me before.

Browser: Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10

Make sure your mouse is hovering over the page and not the shout box or something

its not the forums causing this, its either what Syrus mentioned or your mouse it self. You could try clearing your browsers cache. Fresh install of chrome or a certain extension running. If you have a gaming mouse it could be the mouse software.

This happens to me quite frequently. BUT... whenever I close the EdgeGamers tab on chrome, I can scroll again on other websites. I think it might just be a loading issue through chrome and not the website itself.

I am going to say it's the website + browser that is the issue. I'll look into it and see what I can find

EDIT I think its chrome. Everyone who has this problem please vote on which browser(s) you are having the issue.

I think this is the issue as well.

I've also had the issue (using Chrome on Win8.1), but when I exit the tab and re-open the same page on a new tab usually fixes the problem

I know you have it narrowed down to chrome (or at least suspect it) I have never had this issue and use chrome. Maybe a fresh install of chrome might fix it.

I haven't either. Though I have had it happen to me on other websites... I just close chrome and open it again.

I've had this too on pages like Facebook and Youtube, quite often. Just closing the tab and reopening often works (since Chrome makes a process per tab).
