Just like the title says, we are currently looking for a new Admin Trainer! We will be holding interviews for potential candidates here in a couple of weeks, which should give everyone enough time to see this notice and to PM me on forums with their answers to the application. Please be creative with your answers but also showcase your knowledge and ability to handle situations. Please keep in mind you must be an O in order to be on the admin training team (obviously).

Give me one scenario on how you handled a situation in which you were dealing with a troublemaker who was not listening and breaking rules consistently.

How would you help a G understand how to admin a player who is constantly mic spamming?

You hop onto the Jail server and see that people are not having fun. It seems like there is an overly strict warden shooting people for the smallest of movements as soon as they get out of cells. Would you admin this situation? Why or why not?

You hop onto the TTT server and see that multiple players are map exploiting, and 2 other admins are ignoring it. How would you handle this situation?
