12+ hours of gameplay is my goal everytime I make a $60 game purchase. Sadly this is usually not the case =(

Imo, .50 - 1.00 per hour depending on how good the game is. Can't remember where I heard that but I like it and it works. I can't always do that with games but sometimes I get more than my money's worth.

Depends on the genre. MOBA matches, for example, should last between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on if it's competitive or casual.

Always depend on the games. I generally except indie titles to be shorter while I expect JRPGS, especially large series such as Tales, Neptunia, or Legend of Heroes, to last around 50 hours with Neptunia games usually having double if not triple that in post game content. Back when TERA was stilll pay-to-play, I had a $12/month subscription, and I definitely played at least 12 hours a month. Even started making enough in-game currency to buy sub title so at some point I was no longer paying anything. But generally speaking, MMOs are a bit of a time sink. So yeah, depends on the game lol

It all depends on the game. As Megan said, some games you expect to be short while others long. There have been times when I played a game and wished it would just end already. Also had games end and I wanted more.

It depends on the game for sure, but I feel like most games should be around the 20 hour mark at minimum at least for big studio titles. Indies I can understand being short, but I don't like dropping 60 bucks on a game and find out I can knock it out overnight.
