Bad Company 2 sup guys bfbc2 server browser?

hey guys, old school battlefield vietnam player decided to jump back into battlefield and managed to pick up bc2 today, but realised the server browser doesnt work anymore with no direct connect access i was wondering if anyone would be able to help let me know how to connect to servers these days? would be good to get back into battlefield, even for a few rounds

I don't understand "server browser" maybe others do. Access for me is thru the Multiplayer listing on the games top menu or by going straight to the listing by clicking the Server tab on the lower right edge.

BC2 never had a server browser. You have to open the game from Origin or Steam and under the game window you sign in and then you can see servers.

ill send screenshots later, steampunk festival today ^.^ but EA helped me out with a few things (mp serial key wasnt working) so probably see you guys on the battlefield in the next few days

I usually use the Server tab on the right side, recently I chose the Multiplayer option at top of screen as I wanted to check out another clans server for rules. I haven't used this option in a long time in a long time. Opening the "Server Browser" in the listing all I had a was an empty screen. Setting up the search by picking from the list on the right and then doing a search/refresh got me all the servers I ever needed.

I found the server I was looking for but joined the wrong server where I found one of our regular players. He said "HI! and told me our server was full of baseraper's so he chose that one instead. Off I go to our server to play "hammer" for easily two games until good game play ensued, whew! Much nicer for the four hours after that.
