I love straight Avocados. Avocado with salt and lemon juice is sooo good.

A herb is a plant whose stem does not contain any woody tissue. Banana “trees” are therefore not trees. They are herbaceous plants and should perhaps be called banana herbs. So to answer this week's question, a banana is both a fruit and a herb. -The Internets

I'm not sure why he said it wasn't a fruit, but it definitely is, at least going by what we were taught in Botany. A fruit is a ripened, usually seed-bearing ovary of a flower. Maybe people think they aren't fruits because they are parthenocarpic, but that doesn't really matter. Being an herb and a fruit aren't mutually exclusive either.

My favorite fruit is Mangos. Also to add to the previous reply. Bananas are technically a berry. Strawberries aren't a berry. Other know fruits that aren't your sweet variety are avocados and olives and are also berries. If you have an opportunity to try them and are sold in your area, Cotton Candy Grapes. They are freaking amazing and taste like cotton candy.

Longan.

I can only get them during Hmong festivals or some Asian super market (if they have them). Longan is not available in my city, so, I have to travel far to get some.
