It is, you can find info in it over at the GTA site (gta.edge-gamers.com). However, the server is still in testing stages so things are to change and money may reset when everything gets done. Although feel free to get on and check it out. It'll give you a good feeling for what it's all about.

Unfortunately after installing FiveM, it claims my Windows 10 is out of date and is not able to run. My GTA V files are also locked and I am unable to start the game, even in vanilla mode...

It will give you a message all the time about your windows 10 until you are upgraded to the Creator's Update. You should be able to run it though.... Not sure about your files being locked. What is it doing?

But i have the latest Win 10 update of the Creator's Version xD and my files are completely locked out, claiming i need permission from "FiveM Administrator"... ugh, reinstall coming up...

Very wierd. Haven't heard of issues like you are having. Reinstall, make a backup of your game, try again and see if it does it again if you are willing to.

So I rolled back and now have access to my game, but I am now missing all the DLC files! Ugh, the hassle. There is no "Verify" option either because im not using the steam version
