soo, wat if there arnt alot of medics on, and you have a chance to be one, and im NOT in spawn, and lets say im going for the placebo achiement, will i be banned if i dont uber someone, cause that would contradict teh achiement but also not be very team like :\ cause i would like to kill the 5 people legitly, and i wouldnt totaly ignore my team, i would like heal someone if tehy called medic and im by them, i just wouldnt spend my uber on them, OR with this be considered a stat padding kinda thing?

Excellent.
Now, what extent of abnormal play is considered farming? Should I attempt to keep a specific HWG alive, and continue to heal those around him if he's not in combat, is it farming?
I suppose its anything actively detrimental to your team, like rushing around with an uber and bonesaw, not healing.
I'm glad I noticed this, or else I could be in trouble being medic with the numbers of them rushing around.

Don't over-think this. There were achievements before, and there were people who did specific things to try to get them. I set up Sentries in places where I thought they'd both be useful and kill lots of people in order to get the Sentry Gunner achievement, but the rest came by accident.
I'd advise you to hold off trying to achieve certain things, and rather just concentrate on playing. After a while, this madness will die down (when the next class gets its updates), and you can then take a look at where you are and fill in the gaps.
As an aside, I've never seen so many people uber scouts before. It's hilarious.
